It is with sincere sympathy that we announce the transitioning of our brother, Mr. Torrence Billings Sr. 47, of Sparks, Ga. formerly of Tifton. Mr. Billings , AKA “Pop Luv” departed this life on Friday January 2,2026 at South Ga. Medical Center in Valdosta, Ga. surrounded by his loving family.
