BLUE- Bernice E. Blue a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on December 7, 2020. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11AM at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N. Main Street. Mrs. Blue's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 4-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
