I am heartbroken to learn of Brian's passing. We served together in the Navy, retiring from the same last command, learning the ins and outs of IT network systems side by side. We grew as friends, even tried our hands at entrepreneurship in the tech world together, and our families vacationed as one. Brian was more than a colleague — he was a brother, a confidant, and a true friend. To his family: I send my deepest condolences. May you find peace and comfort in knowing how much Brian meant to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, his laughter, and his spirit will never be forgotten. Fair winds and following seas, my friend. With love and respect, Randel

My brother, I'm in disbelief as I write these words. Too many memories, too many laughs, too many good times. I'll never forget you Jallah. The biggest regret is thinking tomorrow is promised when it's not. But one thing is for sure, I'll carry you with me wherever I go. My brother for life. See you in the mind beloved.
