MERRITT - Charles E. Merritt a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on June 25, 2020. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 12PM at Emmanuel C.O.G.I.C., 6326 Dunn Avenue. Mr. Merritt's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 4-7PM at the SOUTHSIDE CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 4105 St. Augustine Road.
