To Shanika and family, These words of deepest sympathy are sent with the hope that, as time goes by, cherished memories will help bring you inner peace, and make your loved one seem still very close to you. May the memories that mean the most to you live forever in your heart. We love you guys, The Brunsons (uncle Delbrow, auntie Mary and cousin DelMarcus)! ππΎπΉ
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 (NIV) Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
It is hard to fathom losing the little brother of my extended family, Christian. A young man full of life, energy, and a greater promise for the future. There aren't many days that go by that he wasn't on his video games beating all his challengers, enjoying his favorite meals with the family, or playing with the family dogs.
In all that he did, he brought joy, comfort, and love to the family. Like most teenagers, he explored the world as it suited him, but in this exploration, he did it with poise and in silence. These will always be a few of the things that will be missed the most.
While we transition in this moment of pain and sorrow, we are reminded that those who are called back to God were given to us by God. We were blessed to share the blessing and the time God had allowed us to be in Christian's presence and to see him in this brief period shine brightly for all to see. Something we will always be grateful for.
Christian will always be missed, and above all else, loved.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
