Chris was such a joy to be around. I first met Chris through his Mom as she and I hung out together and later I worked at Robert E. Lee and he was a Student there. I worked in the Attendance Office and Chris would come in there and have me cracking up laughing, either he was trying to get away from Mr. Blackmon Lol or just coming to speak and he definitely would have me laughing when I would be over his house visiting Sandra. I never seen Chris get upset. He was a joy of fresh air. My Prayers 🙏🏽🙏🏽 are with Sandra and his Brothers and the rest of the family. Rest up Chris my boy you will be missed. ❤️❤️❤️

He was a constant voice of positivity every time I saw him at UNF and he brightened the entire environment when he showed up. I won't ever forget the impact of his cheerfulness and his good nature. Rest in Peace Ace.

I met Ace as the University of North Florida. I was on the soccer team from 2015-2018 and had the privilege of getting to know Ace as he regularly (almost always) came to watch and cheer on the team. There was something special about him. His unwavering attitude and positivity was infectious. His voice calming and yet inspiring. Every single interaction I had with Ace made me smile. That sort of impact is powerful. It's the kind I will never forget. Nor will my family who got to know and love Ace through watching UNF games in the stands together. It's cliche but in this case true - Ace made a difference in the world. His unrelenting desire to encourage and drive forward those around him at UNF will stay with me and inspire me. His memory motivates me to be kinder, be brighter. I'm praying for everyone who knew him and is grieving him. May he rest in peace.

I had the joy of meeting Chris through his best friend, my brother-in-law Chris G. It didn't take long to see how much love Chris had for the people around him. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, and he kept us laughing every time we were together. His presence brought so much joy and fun to our family. It's hard to believe we won't hear his laughter or see his smile again. I'll always be grateful for the time we shared and the memories he gave us. His nieces and nephews are truly saddened by his passing. They loved their Uncle Chris, and we will make sure his memory stays alive through the stories, laughter, and love he left with us. Rest in peace, Chris. You brought light into our lives, and you will be missed more than words can say. ❤️

Chris was the first person I met our 11th grade year at Robert E.lee high school, it was one seat left in the class next to him & I see why🤣🤣🤣 nothing but trouble and I wouldn't trade sitting by you for anything in the world. I'm so glad u knew how much I appreciated your presence, words of encouragement and plenty of laughs. Since that day we been locked in my friend that became my family ❤️ save me a seat on the yacht we talked about. I love you forever is long time. Ace B. You will be truly missed 🙏🏾

Chris was such a brilliant, funny, beautiful hearted person. He was my friend & highschool sweetheart. We were still cool as adults, till the day he fell asleep in death. My heart is truly broken and I will cherish all of the memories & lovely things he said to me over the years. My prayers are for his Mom and his brothers and all of his family and friends. Chris was so charming & he is so loved and his positive presence will be wildly missed on this side of eternity. I hope he makes it to paradise.
