BROOKS - Cicely Brooks a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on April 15, 2023. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 11AM at Southside Church of God in Christ, 2179 Emerson Street. Ms. Brooks' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 5-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
