In 2016 I transferred school's and started with no friends. During summer football conditioning the coaches had us pair up with a teammate to do group exercises. I of course was frantically looking around, too scared and too shy to pair up with anyone, as everyone seemingly already had friends in mind to pair with. In my panic, Gino approached me calm and collected and asked if I needed a partner. Gino not only showed me immense kindness and compassion but he also helped me feel welcome and find comfort in a new environment. Additionally he would always congratulate me on my victories. I have never forgotten his kind soul and his kind actions, and I am very saddened to hear of his passing. I wish the all the best to his friends and family. Sending my sincerest condolences to them, as well as anybody who knew him. May his spirit live on through the amazing memories he blessed us with. Long Live Gino.
Gino is one of the people who got me through high school. I had started as a freshman and didn't have anyone in my support system. Gino changed that. As an upperclassman, he really showed me the ropes and was always the highlight of my day. He made me feel valued and welcomed and I loved his energy and smile- he could always make you laugh. May he rest in peace and I am sending his family and other loved ones condolences.
Gino was such a kind soul who made everyone smile with his charm and charisma. He never made any moment dull. I remember when I first met him he was quiet with me but showed his authentic self to everyone around us which made me open up a bit more. Last time I hugged him was at graduation prior to meeting my parents and from there. I will never forget Gino. The dude is and will always be a legend ❤️
Gino was such a great friend; he knew how to improve someone's day with the simplest of jokes or the goofiest of faces. I knew the shift would be good if I saw him on the schedule, he could turn one of the worst shifts into the funniest days you've ever had. I'll miss the random conversations we shared about everything and nothing when you were waiting on a ride after a shift at Freddy's. You will be deeply missed - Maggie
I worked with Gino at Freddy's. He was such a great, hardworking and passionate young gentleman! The way he cared and took care of his co-workers and friends was inspiring! He was taken too young! You'll be greatly missed Gino! - Amanda
Gino was the life of party. Always smiling, Positive attitude no matter what and very hard worker. I am thankful I had a chance to work with him at Freddy's. He will be greatly missed.
Gino was an amazing coworker of mine. He was always a hard worker but also knew how to have fun and keep a smile on his face during difficult times. He helped me better myself through hard work and practice, he will always be in our hearts and memories. May he rest in piece.
It's so hard to accept the fact that such a bright and wonderful person is gone now. Gino, you were such a light in the darkness that was highschool for me and I'll never forget all the fun and laughs we had. I always looked forward to the classes I had with you because I knew it would never be dull or bad. It was impossible to not be happy around you, you had such an infectious laugh and always brought an energy that was unmatched. I have so many positive memories of you, thank you for being my friend and being such a kind soul. You really had a lasting impact on so many people. Rest easy, my friend. -Eli

Since the day we met, I knew you were special. Never let anyone go with a frown on their face, you were the one to turn it into a smile or laugh. You made the bad days worth pushing through. How do you sum something like this up into a short paragraph? It was a treasure to know this man. To know Gino was to know laughter, love, hard work, and passion. I can't tell you how much time all together we had but I know I'll never forget those years or moments. Your memory will live with me for ever Gino. And I just want to thank you for allowing me to be apart of your story, of a chapter in your life. A chapter I will read over in my mind time and time again. I can't express how much you mean to me. I will see you again soon my friend. -AR out
Gino was such an amazing friend. I remember we'd always joke at work about my fiance. Jokingly argue about who'd get him during the week and on weekends. Anytime he was around my day was just so much better, he'd make me smile and laugh when I really didn't want to,he encouraged me and was one of the first people to support me on my small business. He was like a brother to me. I miss him so much. He was taken to soon. I love you Gino -Lilly
Gino was always such an amazing person that always knew how to light up a room. Whenever we worked together it was never a dull moment, always filled with laughter and positivity. He was the type of person who would give the shirt off his back for someone in need. Always told friends if they need anything, hes a phone call away. His spirit will live on in loved ones hearts.
