Funeral service will be held 11AM on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at St. Andrew Missionary Baptist Church, 2600 W. 45th Street Jacksonville, Florida 32209. Mr. Gelsey remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 4-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
