Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Philippian Community Church, 7578 New Kings Road Jacksonville, Florida 32219. The interment will immediately follow the service in Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 North Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206.

Whenever I encountered him I would always be greeted with that warm smile & a hug!.I will never forget as a child seeing Duke lightfoot in 1st street park! No one was better @ that dance than Duke! RIP!
