Maine was a visionary. One of the composition books he walked around with was filled with recipes and meal ideas for dinners. He never had a problem cooking, especially when no one else wanted to. Maine always came up with unique ways to spice up a meal and make it taste great! I thank God for allowing me to know him in the short amount of time I have because I was at least able to see a consistent example of someone writing the vision to make it plain. May his legacy live on and his vision be honored by those he loved. -Jia
