Mr. Thomas' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 4-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 7141 New Kings Road, Jacksonville, FL 32219. The interment will immediately follow the service in Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
