HARRELL - Joe Harrell, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on July 28, 2026. Mr. Harrell's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.

Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Northside Church of Christ, 4736 Avenue B, Jacksonville, Florida 32209.
