CARTER - Laman "Crab" Carter a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on July 6, 2020. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 11AM at Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church, 649 Franklin Street. Mr. Carter's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 from 4-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
