The interment will be held at 10:30AM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.

I remember Ms. Parnell when she was healthier and moving around her home. She loved to cook and entertain and she was a good cook. She enjoyed being in the kitchen preparing dishes for her family and friends. I also remover her crystal collection that she had displayed in her home . Great memories! Rest on now dear lady as you meet up with your husband, my dear Uncle Nolan Harris and your other family members and friends.🙏🏾
