Mr. Williams' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends from 4-7PM on Friday, November 8, 2024, at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
