FREDERICK - Tahj Makhi Frederick, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on December 8, 2021. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 12NOON at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue. Tahj Frederick's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 5-8PM. Interment will be at Restlawn "Little Angels" Cemetery South.
