Funeral Service will be held 11AM on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 1759 Rowe Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, 32208. Mr. Maddox's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 4-6PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
