We grew up together at Church of God, Steele & Blue. I can only remember your playful and happy demeanor. After being away in the military for over 25 years, we reunited at another church event. I initially didn't recognize you, then you said "man you don't know who I am" and starting laughing, then it was like, how can I not remember you Toye. Rest in the presence of God until we are all reunited together again in glory. You are missed but never forgotten my friend. Condolences to the family and loved ones,
