BARTLEY- Tyrell Bartley, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on August 16, 2021. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11AM at Ephesians Missionary Baptist Church, 1841 West 3rd Street. Mr. Bartley's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 5-8PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Ave.
