WATKINS - Walter Lee Watkins a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on December 25, 2022. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 10AM at Westside International Church of God of Prophesy, 1862 Fouraker Road. Mr. Watkins' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 5-8PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
