Mr. Bobby Carter Jr. passed away on February 7, 2021. A visitation will be held for Mr. Carter on Saturday, February 13, from 1 to 2 p.m. A Celebration of Life will start at 2 p.m. All services will be held at First Institutional Baptist Church in Lakeland. Richard Funeral Services

Mr. Carter was that dad that was hard-core on the outside, but was a softy on the inside as time past which I truly learned to appreciate.
