Obituary For Vannessa Lorrainne Lott Finney
We regretfully announce the passing of our Mother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend, Vannessa Lorraine Lott- Finney (62) of Salisbury, North Carolina on September 27, 2021. The sun rose and, Vannessa, was born December 2, 1958 to the late Woodrow and Ira Belle Mack-Lott in Moss Point, Mississippi.
She graduated from Moss Point High School in May of 1977. Upon graduation, Vannessa, was gainfully employed by the Gautier School District; where she worked for many years. Vannessa was predeceased by both parents, her grandparents, Peter and Christine Mack, and a grandson, Dillard.
She leaves to cherish her memories, four children. Da'Marious Nettles of Atlanta, GA. De'Metrious Lott of Friendswood, TX. Phelecia Nettles of Arlington, TX. Terrance Nettles of KY.
Her siblings, will also miss her smiling face. Six sisters, Annie Pearl Lott Brown, Alice Lott Colley, Christine Ramsey, Gloria Robinson Johnson, Russelyn Pharr Anderson and Deidre Lott (Raymond) Peyton Sr. Five brothers, Freddie Lott,Sr., Woodie (Edna) Lott, Richard (Maria) Lott, John Peairs, Sr., and Edward Lott.
Vannessa had 17 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of special friends and family members. A memorial service will be held in her honor. Services will be private.
