Dr. Eddie Green Moore, Sr., a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed October 18, 2025. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 25, 2025, from Ross-Clayton Funeral Home Chapel at 9:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Alabama Heritage Cemetery.

Hello to the family Dr. Moore. I want to extend my condolences to you for your loss. I appreciated Dr. Moore as a colleague and as a mentor. I always marveled at his intelligence and at his love of knowledge and at his extensive laboratory skills and expertise. He helped me as younger investigator in many ways, not least of which was his scientific insight into topics both scientific and worldly. We shared many conversations and meals in the old and new faculty cafeterias here at ASU. He will be missed greatly.
