Mr. Clarence Franklin, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed May 25, 2025. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 31, 2025 from Ross-Clayton Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Brassell Cemetery.
