To the Mitchell Family: We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family f David Mitchell. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this moment of great sadness. Please draw comfort in knowing that all will be there to provide love and support to you. We must also remember that God will also be there for us. As the scriptures tells us, that God is a God of tender love and mercy. (2 Corinthians 1:3-4) Yes, every tear that has fallen from our eyes, He is well of. It is if He has gathered those tears and preserved them in a bottle. (Psalm 56:8) Yes, our Creator knows about all the things that cause pain and suffering and has given us His personal promise that He would rid the earth of those things. To see our loved ones and friends suffer from sickness and death brings forth many tears. So, at Revelation 21:3-4 God tells us that He would remove these things away from His earthly family. He has also given us His personal promise that HE would use His great power to reverse the effects of sin and death forced upon us. At John 5:28-29, God tells us that He would cause a calling to be directed to those in the grave to stand up in life again. Here is a sure guarantee that the restoring of life would surely take place. This future arrangement will take place because God is the source of life for all things. (Psalm 36:9) Even if a person should die, God has the power to make any person whole again. The ransom sacrifice of God Son also makes the surety of this promise becomes a reality. (John 3:16) Really, now is the time for all to build up their faith i n this future promise from God. This can be done by reading the nine preserved accounts in the Bible that speaks about the restoring of life to those who have fallen asleep in death. Here is just one such example that is recorded at John 11:32-44. I hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses will be applied to David, and a great host of others in a very loving way. In closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
