To My First Baby
From the moment you were born, you were more than just my nephew — you were my first baby. My sister brought you into this world while we were still in high school, and from that day forward, a special bond was created between us. Loving you came naturally.
Watching you grow, my heart often hurt because life was not always kind to you. You carried pain that many people did not see. You were bullied, misunderstood, and at times made to feel like you did not belong. You searched for love, acceptance, and peace in a world that did not always give you what you deserved.
But I want the world to know this: you had a beautiful heart. You loved deeply, even when people mistreated you. Even when others fail to see your worth, you still had kindness inside of you.
There were times when our family was distant and life pulled us apart, but my love for you never changed. Not one day, not one moment. You were always in my heart.
Today my heart is broken in ways I cannot fully explain. Losing you feels like losing a piece of myself. But through the pain, I find comfort knowing that you are finally free. Free from the hurt, free from the loneliness, free from the people who did not treat you the way you deserved to be treated.
No one can hurt you anymore. No one can make you feel like the black sheep again. You are at peace now.
You will always be my first baby, my nephew, and a piece of my heart that will live on forever. Until we meet again.
Love always, Your Auntie
