Mr. James Robinson, a resident of Montgomery, AL., passed away on September 28, 2024. A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. in Davis Cemetery, Waugh, AL.

James was born June 3, 1939, to Lillian Evans Robinson & Henry Robinson Sr. in Waugh, AL. James confessed Christ at an early age & joined St. James Baptist Church in Waugh, AL. He loved good music, socializing with neighbors, & his sports teams. James was retired employee of the Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. for over 35 years of service. He was a devoted father & grandfather, leaving behind a neighborhood of good friends.

James is preceded in death by his wife Shirley, and daughter Linda Robinson. Preceded by brothers Oscar & Henry Jr. James leaves his cherished memories to his daughter Angela, and son James Robinson Jr. Two sisters; Willie A. Stinson, & Thelma Robinson both of Montgomery; Brothers’: Ocie, Joseph, Major, & Charlie (Brenda) Robinson, all of Montgomery; Eleven grandkids; Honorable mention, T’dera & La’Darius Robinson, Abraxas, Marquille, Antonia, & Shimeah Wimberly & Chauntella Ware all of Montgomery. Fifteen great grandkids, a host of loving nieces, nephews, & friends.

Adopted daughters: Angela Boyd-Mitchell & Pamela Williams-Osborne
