To the family of Jimmy Lee "Duck" Watkins,my deepest sympathy on loss of a great man.I met Jimmy Lee as a little boy when his beloved sister Mary lived in Cleveland Court and he always ways kind to the young and the old.He was a role model to everyone he came in contact with.His love for his family and others was unmatchable,along with his work ethic.May God comfort you all doing this very difficult time.Wish I could be there with you all,however I will be out the country.Rest well my big brother

Mr.Watkins thank you for being so kind to us all in the neighborhood growing up with your family. Wow what a jewel you were to all the adults and kids because you were a true provider for your wife and children. Rest well sir and we all will see you soon. Give Mrs. Watkins a big hug for me because she was the sweetest lady that I ever known growing up.
