I continued to work at the Dept of Industrial Relations. Due was a wonderful friend to Bill - the friendship continued with me. Joe was a gentleman and a friend during my employment there. I retired Sept, 2019.

Our sincere condolences to all family members. He was a true and devoted staff member. We felt safer with Joe being in our building.
