I knew Mr. William Howell in two of his professional roles and capacities...at Dannelly Field, our Montgomery Regional Airport and as a personable H and R Block Tax preparer!!

He often looked out for my elderly mother as she travelled. I looked forward to seeing him there and chatting with him at the airport.

May God add his richest blessings to The Life, Legacies and Memories of this tall, thin and kind-heated gentlemanly presence of a man!!!

Chief Howell and I worked together at Montgomery Regional Airport. He as the Police Chief and I as the Fire Chief. Chief Howell was a pleasant individual and employee.

I worked with William from 1989 to 1996, as a member of the Montgomery Park Rangers Division and later the Montgomery Police Department. William was a good man and a friend of many years. It was my privilege to have known and worked with him all those years ago. My condolences and continued prayers lifted for his family and friends. Rest Well my friend. You will be missed.
