One of the sweeties Beautiful Lady I got to know when I attended Carver Sr. High school. Class of 1969 ONCE A WOLVERINE ALWAYS A WOLVERINE. RIP.LOUELLA GARRISON HARRISON
My sincere thoughts and prayers are with the Johnson family on the loss of Maggie M. Johnson. Our friendship spans more than 60 years (although we lost touch from time to time). We were neighbors in Mobile Heights at one time, and we were both at ASU during the early 1960's. I am so grateful that I had an opportunity to speak with her on the phone a few weeks ago. She was truly a lovely woman, a good friend, and dedicated educator. May her soul rest in eternal peace. Jessie Muse, Mitchellville, Maryland
Mrs. Maggie Johnson was not only my counselor at Carver High School. But she was also a neighbor in Mobile Heights. She made sure that I was ready for college. And when I decided to become an SPO with the Montgomery Police Department. I will never forget her telling me that working with children was my calling. And she was absolutely right it was my calling. She was my daughter adopted grandmother and was excited about all of her accomplishments. Mrs. Johnson was excited to learn that my brother had gone back into Law Enforcement prior to her transitioning. Mrs. Johnson will always be in my heart. Thank you Joyce for allowing your Mobile Heights Family to call your parents our parents. Joyce, George and the girls we will always be family. Mrs. Maggie Johnson I'm going to miss you but I know that we will meet again. I love you....Ellen Jenkins Class of 82
