To the Peacock Family: We are sorry to hear about the recent passing of Myrtle Peacock. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this time of great sadness. May all grieving hearts please continue to draw comfort from this loving promise from God where He tells us about the resurrection hope that he will extend to those who have died. The promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. As the text states, that God would cause a calling to go forth to those in the grave to stand up in life again. Indeed, what a wonderful time period this will prove to be, as we witness our departed loved ones standing up in life again. God has preserved nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection blessing soon to take place worldwide. They are recorded so that all may build their faith in this loving blessing from God. Here is just one such example recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses will be applied to Myrtle, and a great host of others in a very loving way. So, in closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your heart at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
