I extend my condolences to the family and friends during this difficult yet joyous time. Ms. Rosia was a very sweet lady and shared her caring with anyone she met. We met on several occasions and she always had a kind word along with a hug. We all have to remember Psalm 30:5(b) "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning." She has received her JOY because she is with JESUS!
