My condolences to the family. May God give you comfort and peace. My fondest memory of Richard is when my son, Dion, and I came to Richard's house to go fishing. My father, Speck, one of his best friends was supposed to come but was not feeling well. My son caught a big catfish and his reel stopped working. Richard and his wife dragged the fish out by the line. Richard told my son" Oh you got to throw him back that's the only one left in the pond!!" We all laughed until we cried. I will never forget his smiling face and laughter. He was truly family to me and was always there for my Dad. He was The Best Friend. I love you Richard. Tell my Dad hello. Prayers for the family.
