Mr. William "Bill" Milligan, Jr., a resident of Montgomery, AL expired June 29, 2021. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM from Community Congregational Church United Church of Christ, 3481 South Court Street, Montgomery, AL 36105.

Ah, "Bill" Milligan! He had a great sense of life, love, humor and eloquence- all of which I will miss! His gift to me was introducing me to his son Evan and the rest of this beautiful family. May God's grace, comfort and peace be sufficient. Love, the Blacklock and Sloan families of Houston.
