Obituary For Brenda Joyce Rodgers Jackson
Brenda Joyce Jackson, 73 of Memphis, TN passed away on July 07, 2025 at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Brenda was born on May 31, 1952 to Harrison and Louise Rodgers in Memphis, Tennessee. She is survived by one son, Mario LeShaun Jackson (Melishia), six grandchildren Jevon, Jarrett, Christian, Jazmine, Makenzee, Mario Jr; and three great-grandchildren Zariah, Jayceon and Kamaria. She is also survived by her siblings, Kenneth Rodgers (Doris), Adrian Rodgers (Catrice) “Stuff”, Cedric Marquell “Michael” Rodgers (Toya), Mildred Holt (Reginald), Brenda Dunn (Terry), Anita Westbrook (Anthony) and Willie Adams (Arnethia).
Brenda Joyce Jackson is preceded in death by her parents Harrison Rodgers Sr. and Louise Holloway Rodgers, husband Charles Jackson, son Jarrett Jackson, brother Harrison Rodgers Jr., sister Marilyn Rodgers Travis and stepmother Annell Adams Rodgers.
Memorial services will be on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at 12 noon at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Home, 2944 Walnut Grove Rd, Memphis, TN 38111. The inurnment will take place at Serenity Columbarium.
