Charlotte Ann Woods, 81, of Memphis, TN passed away on April 06, 2026 at her home in Memphis, Tennessee. Charlotte was born on September 12, 1944 to Noble and Elbridge Woods in Memphis, Tennessee. She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Denise Bradford (Raymond) of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Noble and Elbridge Woods. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 from 11:00 am - 11:55 am at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes 3651 Austin Peay Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at 12:00 PM in the R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes 3651 Austin Peay Highway Memphis, TN. Burial will take place at New Park Cemetery.
