David E. Cooper of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on September 15, 2024. Born July 30, 1956 in Memphis, TN. He was the son of the Vera and John Willie Cooper II. He leaves a loving wife, Regina Cooper, and 2 loving children Kennedy and Hamilton Cooper, brothers Christopher (Rochelle) Cooper and John Willie Cooper III (Loretta) and sister Marlena Clayton (Hayes) and host of nieces and nephews.

Interment will take place at Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens 1504 W Sugar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262
