Mr. Dennis Ray Webber 75, of Memphis, TN passed away on September 3rd, 2025, at St. Francis Bartlett in Memphis, Tennessee. βMr. Dennisβ as he was affectionally known was born on February 28th, 1950, to Anderson and Ruby C. Webber in Shelby, North Carolina. He is survived by his 2 daughters Cookie D. Morris of Shelby, NC and Farrah D. Webber (Micheal) and grand-daughter Nickaila D. Scott both of Memphis TN, he also leaves behind one brother, Rev. Charles L. Webber (Audrey) of Shelby, NC, and his Strictly Vettes of Memphis Family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Anderson and Ruby C. Webber, a loving niece Faith C. Webber, and the love of his life until his passing, Rosie L. Webber all of Shelby, NC. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th, 2025, from 4:00 pm β 6:00 pm at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes (Walnut Grove Chapel) in Memphis, TN.Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at 3:00 pm in the Enloe Mortuary in Shelby NC. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Primitive Baptist Church, Lawndale NC.
Mr.Weber you made me care when I wanted to give up. You stood up for me when other teachers didn't. Thank you for being an amazing teacher! Still have my book report on Pennsylvania with the big fat A! My deepest condolences and respect to his family he was really one of the best!!!
Mr. Webber I was just thinking about you , wondering how you been. You was my 7th grade teacher at shadowlawn middle school history teacher if I'm not mistaken. Mr.Webber was a great teacher. One of my favorite teachers growing up. He would make my day seeing him in the hallway. Everytime he saw me he would sing the song taste like candy. He made me laugh and smile no matter what i had going on. He will truly be missed.
Mr. Webber was an amazing teacher. He was full of life and very funny. He cared about character inside children and self development! I will always remember him as a great leader and a one of the reasons I constantly continue my education! Rest in Paradise!
