I'm deeply saddened by this news. My fondest memory is Eric accepted everyone you were never a stranger. Many days just sitting and talking on that famous front porch. So grateful that he touch my life with his kindness. We both shared a love for our Memphis Tigers and St.Louis Cardinals.

Eric you will be missed by many. I will miss that smile and the conversations we use to have sitting under the gazebo and the rides home from work. I remember I would always walk around Rutland at night and there you were sitting on your porch or under the gazebo, I would always sit with you until you said ok Old Lady I am going in now. Fly high Old Man. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Want the family to know that Eric Rutland family will always โค๏ธ be here for you all. We loved Eric and we're going to miss him so much. May God be with you all now and the days to come. Always remember Psalms 30:5 when it talks about Joy will come in the morning. It may not be in the morning but one of these good mornings Joy will come.
