Fred Smith Jr, 80, of Memphis, TN passed away on April 13, 2026 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.
Fred was born on September 23, 1945 to Fred and Clara Mae Moore in Memphis, Tennessee. He married Janet (Brown) Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th, 2026 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at Mt. Olive Cathedral CME in Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be immediately after. Burial will take place at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
