Obituary For Gwendolyn Perry
Gwendolyn Ann Perry, 81, of Memphis, TN passed away peacefully on Sunday May 24, 2026 in Memphis, Tennessee. Gwendolyn was born on August 28, 1944 to Jerden Jonson Sr. and Ida B Harden-Johnson. She is survived by her spouse Alex Perry and one sister, Wanda L Hubbard. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerden Johnson Sr and Ida B Harden-Johnson. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12th, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Home 2944 Walnut Grove Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Mt Olive Cathedral C M E Church 538 Martin Luther King Dr. Memphis, TN 38126. Burial will take place at immediately following the service at Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
