Well I really don't even know how to start, I met Joyce years ago when our children were attending Crump Elementary Kennedy and my daughter Ravyn were on the majorette team and she and I became so close we were always the loudest and most supportive parents for our girls, always keeping the other parents as the kids say "Lit" about our team nobody could compete with us lol..As I just sit and ponder on that pretty smile outstanding laugh and all the good times we had and still kept in touch yesrs after our kids became young adults it hurts so bad to just believe you're no longer here...God I pray and ask for strength for her kids ,husband, grandkids, and entire family..Lord we know you make no mistakes and we just Thank you for the time you allowed us to share with her Nothing but great memories....RIP. MY GIRL ....Melaine Winston
One of the most kind, respectful and funny people I have ever met. Her heart was made of gold. Ever sense I met her and the family, I could tell they are all Gods Angels. An amazing soul gone way too soon. She treated me as if I was apart of the family, no questions asked. I see so much of her in her two beautiful daughters and she will live through them. Tiara, Kynn, Wendell, Tuggle and Carson family, I am so sorry for your loss. I pray for peace, prosperity and strength for you all. -Darius and Sherray β€οΈ

I was so sorry to hear this news. She and her family were my former neighbors when they lived in the Hickory Hill community. Her daughters used to play with their dog and the ball in the backyard. They'd throw the ball over the fence and I'd just pick it up and throw it back to them. Her children were very well mannered and smart. I know Kynnedy went off to college on an academic scholarship. My heart hurts with them and for them. However, I know she prepared them well. May she rest in peace and hope ...
"SONJAWINSTION"was a how she sounded when she announced my aunts name at a function and we been laughing together and calling her that since. Joyce also helped coordinate my wedding 16yrs ago. When she decided to start Strong Division we were right on board! Lots of lovely fun memories. We called her Joy because She always brought just that JOY when she was around!! I hate I didn't know what was going on with her but she's resting now and no more suffering!! She will Forever be missed!!Lord I pray you continue to strengthen her family &friends and give them peace!! Amen LOVE;KITHA STRONG DIVISION!

To send (my) deepest sympathy Just doesn't seem like enough. We know how your grief must burden you, How this time must be so rough.
But try to believe in your heart of hearts, That your pain won't last forever, That sadness will lighten a little each day, and you'll eventually feel much better.
When that day comes, your memories Will focus on the good, not the bad. Instead of feeling burdened by tears, You'll cherish the happy times you had.
~Kelly Roper
