Born Friday, December 9, 1983 in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of Kenneth Carter and Angela Whitelow Carter.
The family will receive friends Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11:00am-12:55pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38111.
Internment will be in New Park Cemetery, 4536 Horn Lake Road
