Joe was a first cousin of my father, Frank Barber. Their mothers (Rosie and Roxie) were sisters. When we lived in Detroit, MI, Joe lived in Toledo for a while, so he and Daddy often got together and just hung out like brothers. When Joe and his family were living in TN and we would visit there during the summers, Joe would always bring us treats from the Hostess/Wonder Bread truck he drove. He was just an easygoing and big-hearted family member, and we enjoyed being around him. It's been many moons ago, but I remember our childhood visits to see him, Ethel, Corwin, and Day. We also just so enjoyed watching him and our father together. Time goes on and our lives change much, but good memories and family bonds remain. I pray for many blessings of peace and comfort, and for those loving memories to bring smiles to all of the Fitchpatric(k) family.—Christa Scott

My dad...the late Mr. James Cash Sr.and Mr. Fitchpatrick had been good friends since they graduated from high school in 1964 from Mt.Pisgah. He will be truly missed. Our prayers and condolences are with the family. The Cash Family.
I met Lee in 1978. Within 2- 3 months we became friends. Now 46 years later, the friendship endures and has evolved to the point that we are brothers. I love this man and cherish our times together. Nothing but fond memories, and that's what I will hold close. Any time we were together and the time to part came; we left with the same words. "I love you brother; and there's not a damn thing you can do about it." That says it all! God bless the family as they grieve; give them hope, comfort, and strength.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
