Melva Jean Williams, 80 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Sunday, June 30, 1940 in McComb, Mississippi. Surviving are sons, Jerry Leonard (Audrey), John Leonard (Edwina)and Mareko Williams (Tara), daughters, Avlem A Nicholson (Antwan), Ernestine McVey (Donnie), Jacqueline Harris (Albert) and Julia Scott (Jermaine); 20 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:55 AM on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at Ross Road Church of Christ, 4920 Ross Road, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Ross Road Church of Christ located at 4920 Ross Road Memphis, Tennessee 38141. Interment will be in Memphis Memory Gardens, Memphis, TN.
