Michael Peoples, 65 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Saturday, August 31, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Saturday, April 24, 1954 in Rossville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Willie Peoples and the late Virginia Briggs Peoples.
He was the husband of Jeanette Wingo Peoples.
He was a retired employee by FedEx Freight. Surviving are daughters, Tanetta Armour and Sabrina Dobey, brothers, Lorenzo Peoples and Wendell Peoples, sisters, Marie Peoples and Martha Ewing; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:55 AM on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at New Salem M B Church, 2231 S Parkway East, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at New Salem M B Church located at 2231 S Parkway East Memphis, Tennessee 38114. Interment will be in New Park Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
