Ophelia M. Lewis, 92 of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023, at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee. Surviving are son, Dayrll D. Lewis of Hayward, CA, daughters, Andrea C. Adams of New Orleans, LA and Donna L. Hampton of Madison, TN; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 11:55 AM on Friday, February 10, 2023, at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 2944 Walnut Grove, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Friday at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home located at 2944 Walnut Grove Memphis, Tennessee 38111. Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
