Otis Cleophus Smith, 53 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. Born Friday, July 24, 1970 in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Larry Smith and the late Velma Woods Smith. Surviving are sons, Octavius Fleming, Demarqarious Smith, Omarion Smith and Justin Williams, daughters, Omesha Smith of Memphis, TN, Octavia Fleming and Oneika Smith, sisters, Cynthia Long, Sharonda Beasley, Charlotte Smith, and Vandi Smith. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:55 PM on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 3651 Austin Peay Highway, Memphis, Tennessee 38128. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home located at 3651 Austin Peay Highway, Memphis, Tennessee 38128. Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
